PROJECTS
This multiyear project at Safeway/Dominick’s Distribution Center involved a complete tear off of the existing roof. After inspecting the deck and making appropriate repairs, Complete installed an insulated, built-up roof system with gravel surfacing. The occupied facility continued uninterrupted service throughout the project.
Food processing plants require special precautions to ensure food is not contaminated. Complete ensured the integrity of Mullins Food Products’ operations while constructing an insulated, modified bitumen roof. These measures allowed the plant to continue operating during construction. Crews provided curbing for a newly installed expansion joint (left).
A real estate investment trust had a tight budget for one of its industrial facilities. Complete’s economical, mechanically fastened EPDM roof included a layer of insulation for optimal energy efficiency. Complete delivered the project for less than was budgeted.
This TPO single-ply roof provided a highly reflective surface, reducing the building’s energy costs. Complete included perimeter safety warning lines per OSHA requirements. Flashing details are particularly important to provide a watertight installation. Complete delivered the project on time and under budget.
